After calculating in the baskball game proceeds, the price per person is now $416.07. That’s a drop of $65 per person!
We have several more fundraisers coming up. The more you work with our fundraisers, the cheaper the trip will be!
Two student teams played one another, and the winner took on a hard playing group of CHS Faculty and Staff. The teachers pulled out a 1 point win.

CCPS recently participated in a food drive meant to provide the children of Caroline County with ready to eat or easy to prepare foods for when there is no adult supervision in the home.
The CHS BETA Club and the Interact Club worked together to collect 724 food items for this drive. Way to GO, guys!!!

Isabella Perez-debuted as a VA State Beta Leadership Ambassador
This past week, the CHS chapter of the National Senior Beta Club attended the Virginia State Beta Leadership Summit in Williamsburg, VA. The club achieved mastery in the Rapid Response, Service Snapshot and the Lead Outside The Box categories. All three of these teams will go on to compete at the National Beta Convention this summer in Savannah, GA.
Isabella Perez was selected as a Virginia Leadership Ambassador. She won a full scholarship to the Summer Leadership Conference in Washington DC, and she will work with the National Beta Council in facilitating next year’s leadership summit. Isabella also has the opportunity to interview for a National Leadership Ambassador position this summer.
CHS was recognized as a National Leadership School.
Congratulations, Betas! Our chapter has been awarded the title of School of Distinction by the National Beta Club. We increased our membership by over 10% and now have over 100 members!!!!!
Thank you Betas AND Beta families for your participation in our snap-raise on-line fundraiser. We receive 70% of the funds raised, so that means we netted $2,140.30!!!!
This money will go toward the rooms and food at the Virginia State Beta Convention. This will make it much more affordable to attend for everyone!

We will miss Mrs. Marino who moved to Minnesota this past summer, and we are so excited to welcome Mrs. Kimberly Kelly as our new co sponsor!
